Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-07-04. These terms apply to Menkyo no Shiren Pro, operated by SAHO Inc.

1. Service

Menkyo no Shiren Pro is a cloud-based SaaS for Japanese driving schools, instructors, and examiners. The service may include student management, instructor management, scheduling, online learning, reporting, and billing-related functions.

2. Accounts and authorized use

Customer organizations are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that staff users access only information needed for their role.

3. Fees and payment

Paid plan prices, billing cycles, and taxes will be shown before launch or stated in the customer contract. When enabled, payment may be processed through Stripe card payment, Stripe invoice, or an agreed enterprise invoice process.

4. Cancellation

Unless a separate contract states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Access may continue until the paid period ends.

5. Customer data

Customer data remains the customer organization's responsibility. SAHO Inc. handles Personal Information according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Service changes

SAHO Inc. may improve or change features, provided that material customer commitments are handled according to the applicable contract or advance notice.
