Because Menkyo no Shiren Pro is a business SaaS and digital service, fees are generally non-refundable after service access or the contracted service period begins, except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written contract.
If you believe a duplicate billing, payment error, or unauthorized charge occurred, contact [email protected] promptly with the organization name and payment reference.
Cancellation usually stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. Mid-period cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund unless the applicable contract states otherwise.
