Encryption
Credential secrets and elevated platform keys are not stored in public web files. Sensitive operational data is handled by server-side systems.
Access Control
School, instructor, staff, and platform roles are separated so each user can access only the workflows needed for their duties. Customer administrators are expected to handle permission management for their own staff.
Password and session safety
Logged-in product surfaces use authenticated sessions. Public marketing pages do not collect passwords or payment card data.
Backups
Operational backup and restore practices are managed as part of platform resilience planning before production customer rollout.
Data retention and deletion requests
Operational records are retained as needed for service delivery, audit, billing, and legal obligations. Customer deletion requests are reviewed with identity and authority confirmation.
Processors
Infrastructure, authentication, payment, and support processors may handle data only as needed to operate the service.
